17 Murphy St, Point Vernon QLD 4655

This was once a great split level home with landscaped gardens. The bones are still there but it requires someone with vision and who isn't afraid of a DIY project.
With 4 bedrooms upstairs, a large lounge/dining area, a large kitchen area and a good sized bathroom, this could once again become a lovely home.
Downstairs, there is another bathroom, a laundry, an office area and plenty of space for a games room.
The carport easily has tandem space for vehicles and provides rear access to the yard.
The gardens were once landscaped and with some tidying up of the mature plants would enhance the home.
The position is close to medical and shopping facilities and only 4 blocks from the Esplanade.
