The creek is fast flowing enough for a potential hydro type set up for an off grid dwelling, the block is also positioned well so it receives plenty of sun during daylight hours. Original planning permission was for the area at the entrance of the block but there are other suitable areas for a build some where you could wake to the sound of running water in the morning from the creek!
The block is a long triangular shape with one long border being a fast flowing creek that flows all year round approx. 1.2kms long, the other long border is the public rarely used road 'distillery track'.

There is native wildlife on the block such as wallabies, echidna and possums, there are frequently black cockatoos flying through the little valley and there is apparently trout in the creek.

There are currently a number of items on the block which can be negotiated to be left such as a second shack/shed type outhouse with a water tank and wood burner, approx.6 pallets of concrete blocks are also available and there is a very large pile of rocks available to be used as new owner sees fit. the camp shelter with rock open fireplace is of course on site aswell.
