Two heritage listed buildings being the South Arm School and the school house all set upon a heavily treed 4053m2 allotment situated in a rural setting on the outskirts of Brushgrove Village.
Built in about 1880 the school operated until 1960 where it eventually became privately owned. Additions have been made to the school house in order to modernise and allow a more comfortable living space.
