Living room has a ceiling fan and Air Conditioning and an adjoining bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe. Renovations are being completed for a separate kitchen that will include a fridge, oven, 3 hotplates & microwave. Otherwise all spaces are unfurnished (the new furniture & sink in the Living Area photos is for your kitchen). Attached is your shower & toilet and downstairs is your garage space.

Shared spaces include a dining room that is also used to access your kitchen & bathroom, small back veranda (to be extended soon), large garden aby downstairs laundry and large workshop space. Occasional use of lounge & larger kitchen also OK.

Aslo living at the house is myself, a female student/writer and a well-behaved cat. Looking for another single person who also studying or working full-time, considerate, respectful of privacy and reasonably quiet & tolerant. I am fully vaccinated against Covid and would require a housemate/tenant to be the same.
You can smoke anywhere outside.

I'd like to find someone who can help me with painting, gardening or other odd jobs for a couple of hours every fortnight as I have some injuries. If you cant, that's OK, but the rent will be $180.

Bills are $10 a week for unlimted WiFi (50 mbps), yard maintenance & water. Electricity bills are split 50/50.
