Do you want some space? There are neighbours, but not nearby. Actually there are three. One is 80m away, another is about 60m; and the third is only 40m away.

The rates are very cheap because you don't have town services. No water (thankfully), no sewer, and no power. So you need to think rainwater storage, a septic system, and off grid power. It lends itself to a hermits cottage. In fact, one of the neighbours is exactly that.

Access to the block will need to be off Home Street, rather than one of the laneways around it.

Why is this large block so cheap? It is zoned "Flood and Drainage".

Yet I sold two of these blocks last year, and both have built high-set houses on them. One is occupied by the owner, and the other is rented at a very good ROI. So don't be too quick at righting this one off.
