From the very second I layed eyes on this property I automatically thought
to myself -it's one of those love at first sight, take a deep breath in and

meals my mum cooked, the smell of that juicy roast pork about 5pm on a
Sunday and while dad's carving, my brothers and I trying to pinch the

heater is putting out so much heat.
I can hear some one saying "geez it's hot in here" every meal time.

The back theatre room has just been renovated with 3 floor to ceiling
windows with the back drop of the cool blue pool. I can see my kids swimming
on those killer 40+ days getting wrinkly fingers and toes. The alfresco and
patio is going to house some amazing bbqs and get togethers.
Pool parties for the kids birthdays, sausage in a bun on a warm toasty
evening wearing a towel around your bathers, this home gives us the great
Australian lifestyle we all love.
I'm thinking these sellers are mad to sell with all the money they have
recently sunk into this property, I've told them to rent it out but they are
about to create Byfords best buying opportunity to date! Just for you!
