The hotel is in a quiet environment on the fringe of the city, but still within walking distance and close to the esplanade, there are shops and supermarkets close by and many take away outlets just around the corner as well as close to bus stops just over the road on Sheridan street.

Huge swimming pool available for your use.

Electricity payments are made to reception on a monthly basis, any mail received is securely kept at reception and any packages will be signed for and be ready for your collection from reception when you arrive home.

Parking is available onsite for one vehicle, secure complex with security gates that close at night time, CCTV covers majority of complex for your safety and others.

We are NOT a backpacker hostel, this unit is not suitable for party people or people that have lots of regular visitors as it is a hotel and other guests expect peace and quiet and this is enforced after dark with a zero noise tolerance rule so people get a good nights sleep.

We will need 4 weeks up front plus the $700 bond to start you out.
