The villa is situated next to the beachside caravan park, there are 37 villa’s in a gated community it’s a residential village you have to be fifty or working part time .We own the villa but not the land so we pay a small amount per month to lease the land off the parks owner but there is a forty years lease on the land so no problem about getting moved on . There is no transfer fees or council fees or water fees , we have two LP gas bottles which we pay to get refilled and we pay the parks owner for whatever electricity that we use . Centerlink gives us a payment for rent relief , we have the full use of the caravan park area including camp kitchen and BBQs and the water park great for the grandchildren, we also have our own village meeting place for happy hours . We have two split system air conditioners one in the main bedroom and the other in the living area which is bran new, there is a gas fire also in the lounge area ceiling fan’s in all rooms . The sunroom is a fantastic area to sit and take time out also our villa is facing out into the horse paddock great view sitting out on the porch as we don’t have any villas blocking our view.At the side of the villa there is a large industrial paved area big enough to park a caravan or a boat our 26ft Motorhome fits in easy, so just back out and drive away .Gas oven and side top nice sized laundry small shed out back , Automatic Roller-door on the good sized garage .We Don’t have mail delivery to our villa , all mail goes to our P O BOX 166 Normanville S.A 5204 .The beach is a eight minute walk through the caravan park which is great for fishing and swimming or a beautiful walk along the waters edge to the beachside restaurant next to the surf club the village is pet friendly. There is also a medical centre in Yankalilla and a dental surgery.If your looking for a beautiful sea change of life this is the place to be.
