Im perfectly suited to a retired couple downsizing into something more low maintenance and manageable. I present well, have aircon, fresh cleaned carpet, plus enough rooms for your kids and grandkids to fill with noise when they come visit on holidays!
Maybe some smart investor will add me to his/her portfolio or start one with me? Ill attract a handsome rent of around the $400 mark I reckon.

Basically, Im adaptable an allrounder. A home for many - or few - so better be quick!
