Nestled on the tip of the West Coast is the town of Tullah which is one of the few primary access points south to the towns of Rosebery, Zeehan, Queenstown and Strahan.

This unique home is made up of a Pod style design of 3 primary Pods and a Garden Shed.

In the spacious Entertainment Pod which has a spacious deck to overlook the grounds and surrounding bush land and even comes with a roll out awning to keep you dry on the wet days! Internally there is a simple kitchen that is still generous enough to make any of your heart desires! Currently fitted out with a dining suite, sitting area and even a bunk bed for 2 but could be reconfigured to suit your requirements very easily.

Down in the Bedroom Pod it is currently fitted out with both a Double and a Queen bedroom suite and various bedroom furniture items but again this could be easily removed, privacy walls installed for additional family members or even the addition of an ensuite.

Down to the final Pod which is both the Workshop and the Amenities Pod (or if you are from the Military - latrines). This one was not what we were expecting when we first came on site... We walked into the shed expecting a Shed! But no it's not a shed it's a full ensuite on one side and a workshop on the other. No concerns about this at all. Everything is lined as you would expect of a bathroom and feels exactly like a bathroom with the minor difference of walking between the Sleeping Pod and the Amenities Pod or the Entertainment Pod and the Amenities Pod.

What you see is exactly what you get. There is a ride on mower, petrol (maybe diesel - I am a girl) pressure cleaner, all the furniture, linens, crockery, cutlery, tools & equipment that you sight on inspection and ornaments on site at inspection.
