LIVING HERE
The kitchen is a great space - as good to look at as it is practical to work in. There's heaps of workspace and great storage, and it all flows perfectly with the meals and living area. There's a real character element built into this home, and wherever you find yourself, there's something to make you appreciate that space. The meals area opens out to that stunning alfresco, but we'll come back to that in a minute.
From an internal perspective, the whole place just has a feeling of togetherness - whether it's the family gathered inside or big get-togethers that spill into that awesome outdoor area that works so harmoniously with the indoor space.
The downstairs living area is a great size and easily accommodates larger furniture styles. Completing the downstairs experience is the beautiful bedroom that opens up to the garden and features a built-in wardrobe plus a lovely ensuite. That ensuite has been beautifully designed with an ambience that'll probably make you want to ignore the water restrictions. I don't advocate that - I'm just saying it's a nice place to find yourself… maybe having a bath, it lasts longer.

They've even created a ramped lawn area, so this becomes very usable and functional for kids and pets of all ages and abilities. It's a remarkable location, and if you've never been here before, come for the inspection and then go for lunch at Avocados - a beautiful restaurant and pub on the banks of the Canning River - or head up the hill and enjoy a world-class meal at Seven Sins.
