Please note:
Two large barn sheds and the Self-contained Guest suite are not included in the rent. They are for landlord use and accessible to landlord at all times.
The Lockup BBQ by the Tennis Court, and by Pool, remain locked during your stay.
These additional kitchen and entertainment spaces can be made available to rent for an extra fee just ask if you're interested.
Utilities, garden maintenance and pool servicing can be discussed, based on lease terms.
