WHAT THE OWNERS LOVE ABOUT THEIR HOME AND LOCATION
We fell in love with this house the moment we first laid eyes on it. Despite the pouring rain on open house day, its beautiful vintage charm instantly spoke to us. When we found out that a famous children's book author, Ivan Southall, had owned it in the '60s and that many of his personal touches remained, we were even more smitten.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this home and the neighbourhood. If it weren't for the fact that we're expecting twins, we would have stayed for many years to come. The neighbours have become like family to us and we have had so many memorable moments here.

The yard offers endless adventures for the little ones - watch out for the resident wallaby, echidna and brush turkey! The grown-ups will love having friends over for a BBQ surrounded by nature or relaxing on the balcony with a drink while they watch the city lights of Chatswood in the distance.
