20 Ennever Street, Bardon QLD 4065

Commanding a substantial 652m2 block of land in a quiet, residential neighbourhood is this stately character home, with two levels of living and a private, picturesque outlook.

Built between 1910 and 1920, this property has the 'good bones' and charming features you would expect from a home of this era.
There are generously sized rooms, soaring ceilings and VJ walls throughout.

The entire upper level of the home has zoned and ducted a/c for year round comfort, while the large and inviting living area also has a potbelly fireplace to gather around on cool winter evenings.

The kitchen has been recently renovated and includes Caesar stone benchtops, quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage. There is ample room for a table in the kitchen, creating the perfect spot for breakfast, homework or casual meals.
Neighbouring the kitchen is a separate dining room for more formal occasions.
Both the kitchen and dining room have French doors opening onto the generous back deck, creating a lovely indoor/outdoor connection.
This is a wonderful space for entertaining friends and family, while overlooking the lush and established garden.

There are four bedrooms on the upper level, including one that is currently used as a home office.
The well-proportioned Master bedroom has built-in storage and it also opens onto a versatile sun room great for a sitting or study area. The main bathroom on the upper level has a shower over spa bath.

Internal stairs lead to the lower level of the home, which also has good ceiling height.
Once again, there is ample storage and a second, casual living area, opening to the rear terrace and backyard.

There is a large fifth bedroom on this level with a split system and French doors opening on the rear terrace. The bathroom servicing this level has a shower and separate toilet and you will also find a family sized laundry.

The property has undercover parking for two large vehicles and there is a huge storage area.
There is a rainwater tank for the garden, which is well established with mature trees.

20 Ennever Street is a comfortable and immaculately presented home, however it also has loads of potential to be further enhanced or modernised.
The location combines the best of both worlds - quiet and tranquil, but also close enough to the CBD to allow you to enjoy the benefits of inner city living.
It's a short stroll to the well-regarded Rainworth State School and close to the popular Rosalie cafe precinct.

This is an outstanding opportunity to secure a generous family home in a great location - do not delay an inspection!
