Power to second residence is from same meter as first house - 25mm2 cables & cat 6 cable (phone/internet) laid from board to shed (200m run) power then run to house once built (shed was built first again) Powermeter has been installed in the 2nd house shed to read what second house power usage has been for the billing period and can be subtracted from total usage charges to accurately split power bill between 2 houses if required.
