In my opinion this home was once upon a time not a bad house but that was a while ago. What you see in the photos is how the house will be at settlement and I have no idea what appliances work and what don't. There is 3 double bedrooms with the main having an ensuite, 2 living areas, kitchen with a walk-in pantry and there is an internal laundry. Outside there is a very good double carport with a concrete floor, garden shed, man cave type room, lockable storage shed and a flat roof carport.
This house needs a lot of work to get it back to a comfortable home but if you are handy on the tools then it might be worth a go.
