"I love waking up to the sound of the ocean and checking out the action on The Esplanade as I make my morning coffee.
It's so easy to access The Esplanade from our private walkway, for a swim at the beach or to get some exercise.
If I feel like going out for lunch or dinner, it's a quick walk down to James St Burleigh, to Mr Hizolas or The Pavillion for a prawn pizza and a glass of rose.
My granddaughter loves swimming in the pool and playing putt putt while we bbq with the family.
As a single lady, I love how safe and secure I feel once I'm home and I've made really nice friends in the building.
