So what makes this better than the ones you've already looked at? Well its the things that you dont think about but will definitely notice when you come to visit. Firstly, the tenant who keeps the property in immaculate condition and is as reliable as the rising sun in regards to rent and requests. A commodity that is invaluable and sometimes rare should never be overlooked especially if this is an investment for you. A stable income and less money spent on the property with regards to cleaning and damage are the back bones of smart buy.
Secondly the size of the bedrooms. Above standard and average make sure that privacy and ducking away for me time has never been so rewarding and comfortable. An attractive asset for tenants for sure. Main bedrooms also create diversity when using the second bedroom for something alternate like gym, library or game room.

When ever someone gives real estate advice it is all about location. You literally don't need a car in this part of the world. Bus stops right at your door, schools within walking distance and you can honestly yell your coffee order out the window and the Barista would hear it. Location, location, location and because it is so good for the property I'm giving it a 4th location.
