I come with an old rustic wooden shed out the back that is equally full of character with a large fenced back garden and lovely feature palm and pine trees that keep me shaded and attract lots of friendly bird visitors.

With the right loving owners I could be restored into the lovely character cottage that I once was. I have maintained some of my original features such as timber floors throughout most of the house, original casement windows including my statement stained glass window in the entry to welcome you everyday when you arrive home to spend time with me. I have high ceilings, vj walls and French doors too.

I have an iron roof and short little concrete stumps, and my walls are in place but I need further renovations and finishing off. My current owners have done some electrical work as well.
