The Almond Orchard/property consists of almost 1000 acres and is freehold, there is a title that extends to the river front where the irrigation pumps have been installed and the generous irrigation allowance of 12 mega litres per hectare is drawn from this location. There is a fertigation tank that delivers nutrients direct into the main line via a suction point located at the foot valve of the main irrigation line.
