Well if you are after the perfect getaway, with all the peace and quiet, then this is it!

Only a short drive to Bicheno, Scamander, St Helens and just down the road a little, is the "White Sands Resort" with its own Iron House Brewery, cafe and restaurant - been there, very nice. There are no visible neighbours, just ocean views, total privacy and absolute quiet. Doesn't get any better than that!

Home; Around 32 squares in size, all one level (concrete slab), consisting of four large bedrooms all with WIR or built-ins, plus an office that can be the fifth bedroom. There is one bathroom and two ensuites, separate dining room, spacious lounge and a very big kitchen with two pantries. All rooms have large tinted windows; the whole home is extremely low maintenance, incorporating a large array of specialty timbers, plus four-foot dado's throughout, tiled walkways and carpeted bedrooms. There is Internet TV and office connection and a land line phone. Front and rear verandas are the perfect place to kick back and relax.

Water - well that has been taken care of too, four huge water tanks, one large Dam plus two small dams and a creek.

Forget any cold weather down here, as there are no frosts, well sheltered, plus the lounge area has an extremely large Saxon wood heater that heats the entire home. But if you want more, in the kitchen is a slow combustion Bosky stove, that has a 900mm cook top for kettles and sauce pans, oven, plus pre heats water to the electric hot water cylinder to save costs. This also heats the five bedrooms plus the dining area, through six adjustable heat setting radiators, called Hydronic heating, how good is that? Plus, all the fire wood is free, 70 acres of it!

Under the kitchen there is an additional room, which is concrete lined (maybe a wine cellar?) that was originally used for preserving fruit from its large orchard, situated 40 meters away. The fenced orchard contains a plant nursery, chook house and tool shed. (Orchard fences in need of some repair).

Need some workshops? We have two, 9m x 7m Colour bond sheds, both lined and have power, the second shed has extended high walls, mezzanine floor, extra high roller door for large vehicles, plus a self-contained flat with power, water and wood heating, great for extended family, friend or kids, Awesome!
