Our family has loved calling this our special home and it is now time for a new family to make their own magical memories. When we first saw her, she was in need of some love which we were happy to give because we knew she had so much to give us in return.So we gave her a facelift, renovated both bathrooms and added a pool and cabana before we settled in to enjoy the best of Booragoon. From the street, you may not instantly appreciate the beauty within but when you come inside, you will feel truly welcomed and relaxed. The entrance first leads you to the front lounge which has seen many movie nights and just as many peaceful afternoons reading in the northerly sunshine. For years, we loved having a bedroom for everyone as well as a spare for any unexpected overnight guests.The large master bedroom has masses of built in robes as well as a private ensuite and the unique outlook to the large central covered courtyard. The kitchen has worked miracles to produce countless dinners, endless snacks as well as a mountain of lunches and with the brand new oven, your own celebrations will also be well catered for years to come.The adjoining dining area has comfortably held numerous Christmas and birthday parties and the study has hosted many fun hours of homework - well, that's probably a stretch but it has certainly hosted homework. We have saved our favourite spot until last which is the large family size swimming pool and cabana where we are absolutely certain you will spend just as many happy hours as we have with so many of our family and friends. When you step out the front door, you have your pick of excellent schools, public transport options, great shopping and entertainment choices as well as easy access to the freeway.
