The location is fantastic! Even though this house is near the Ross Dam - it did not suffer from the flooding event in 2019. The nearest grocery store is a brand new Woolworths which was recently built in Riverway Plaza in Rassmussen 10 minutes away. Townsville's largest employers - James Cook University, TTH and Laverack Barracks are about a 20 minute drive away. The Townsville CBD and beaches of the Strand are 35-40 minutes away.
