23 Pythonwood Road, Pappinbarra NSW 2446

Here's a golden opportunity for all the family to make the move onto a beautiful rural property and just 10 minutes by sealed road to the country village of Beechwood and 20 minutes to Wauchope. Make this a move for you and your family!

This 109.9Ha property is a mix of of undulating to steeper grazing land, untouched hardwood forests and a frontage to the pristine Pappinbarra River. The cleared areas have been fenced for cattle management, but you can cultivate the farmer within. There are plenty of trails for motorbike or horse rides.
The main home is set in an elevated position, overlooking the surrounding farmscape, views over the river and out to the surrounding hills.
It is an older style weatherboard farm house that has had a complete renovation. It has 3 metre ceilings and polished hardwood flooring is a feature of the home, it flows from front to back. The 4 bedrooms would accommodate a double bed and the master has an ensuite complete with a claw foot bath and a view to wake up to that most could only dream of.
The kitchen is near new, featuring timber bench tops. Outdoor entertaining is well catered for with extensive decks, covered and open. For your home grown produce, an orchard and vege patch has been established and can be watered from the river, there's even a yard for your own chooks.

Set well away from the main home is a second 1 bedroom dwelling. It would be ideal for the extended family, guests who want to experience country living or possibly an income earner.
