The property is connected to mains power and the managers' residence has 18 solar panels which feed back into the grid. At present there is a landline phone connection and Telstra mobile reception. Satellite internet and television services are also connected to the managers residence.

Water supply is via rainwater tanks - to both buildings - and there are also 2 permanent creeks (bull and daisy dell) on the property. We supply cartons of drinking water for guests.
