Dear Future Owner,
When we first discovered this home, it was love at first sight. Robina Island drew us in immediately with its wide, welcoming streets, beautiful neighbouring homes, and the calm, community feel of the area. Beyond that, it was the house itself-the open floor plan, soaring ceilings, and stunning kerbside appeal-that made us certain we had found the right place.
The main lounge room quickly became our favourite space, with its magnificent five-metre-high ceiling and natural light streaming through. It's a room that feels both impressive and inviting, a place to gather with family or simply enjoy a quiet moment of peace.
Over the past 17 years, we've taken great care to update and enhance the home, always mindful of blending comfort with style. Some of the improvements we've made include:
- A complete replacement of the ducted air conditioning and ducted vacuum
- Full intercom system throughout the home with front door video
- A new house alarm system for peace of mind
- Fresh paint to both the interior and exterior, a full roof restoration with warranty, and freshly painted boundary fencing with added privacy screening
- Custom window furnishings throughout
- New carpets to all bedrooms and hybrid flooring in the lounge room
- Full electrical rewire with new switches, power points, smoke alarms, downlights, and ceiling fans
- An impressive chandelier to welcome guests in the entrance foyer
- Landscaping to gardens and lawn areas
- Upgraded and replaced pool equipment, freshly painted pool surrounds and driveway
- A new garage door and motor
Every improvement has been made with care, ensuring the home is not only beautiful but functional and secure.
This home has brought us so much joy-sunlit mornings, afternoons by the pool, and family BBQs as the sun sets over the water. One of our most treasured traditions has been our annual New Year's Day cricket match on the lawn with neighbours and friends. We would mow a cricket pitch into the beautifully manicured lawns, host a party, and celebrate with laughter, sport, and connection-a memory we'll forever hold close.
The neighbourhood itself is a hidden gem: peaceful, friendly, with wonderful neighbours and even communal parking directly opposite the house for guests.
Our happiest memories here are of time spent with family. The layout has allowed us to welcome loved ones, giving them their own private wing while we enjoyed ours. It's been a place where working from home felt easy, and coming home always felt like a joy.
As we prepare to move on, the one thing we'll always carry with us is the gratitude for how wonderful this home has been. It's now time for a new chapter, for new owners to fill these walls with their own love, laughter, and treasured moments.
Warm regards,
The Owners
