240 Moons Lane, Brookfield QLD 4069

Vacant acreage of this scale and position is becoming increasingly difficult to find in Brookfield, making 240 Moons Lane an exceptional opportunity to create a home tailored entirely to its setting.

Positioned across 11,180m², or 2.75 acres, the elevated allotment enjoys a peaceful and established environment within one of Brookfield’s most sought-after acreage pockets.

A generously sized building envelope is already in place, providing an excellent starting point for the design of a future residence. Subject to council approval, there may also be scope to amend the existing envelope, allowing greater flexibility when considering the position, orientation and design of your future home.

The elevated nature of the property creates an exciting opportunity to design a residence that responds to the landscape and takes full advantage of the outlook. Depending on the final design and positioning of the home, there is potential to capture expansive district views and views towards the Brisbane city skyline.

Established hoop pines and mature vegetation give the property an immediate sense of character and privacy, while abundant local wildlife and birdlife reinforce the peaceful, semi-rural atmosphere Brookfield is so well known for.

Rather than beginning with a completely bare parcel of land, 240 Moons Lane already offers a beautifully established setting, providing the opportunity to create something truly individual while retaining the natural character of the surrounds.

For buyers who have been waiting for the right opportunity to build in Brookfield, this is a rare chance to secure approximately 2.75 acres in an exceptional location and create a home designed specifically around the lifestyle, outlook and landscape.
