There is something about this place. Every time I go there I spend over an hour there. I think it is the fact that the owners have made this home so comfortable that you don't want to leave. So if you were thinking of one final move; this is it.

The house is built right to the back of the 5 acre property, so you are well away from road noise (not that there is any) and your privacy is assured. The dam has recently been rebuilt with the driveway across the wall. Then you are confronted with a very tall shed/garage. It has a caraport bay for the caravan, two bays for vehicles and one bay for the workshop. There is another shed for sundry items behind it. Plus the chook pen, of course.

Now for the home. The home faces the east with a full length verandah to take in the morning sun; especially in winter. This verandah is opened to the fenced yard where the pets can roam, or the children can play without being able to get to the dam. There is an additional slab in this yard if you wish to put up a pergola . You walk into the air conditioned lounge with its low maintenance floor tiles, and this then flows into the biggest kitchen you have seen in a very long time. Have a good look at the kitchen photos; it is huge. Then on the northern side of the kitchen you have a bedroom, a separate toilet, and a shower. On the southern side of the lounge you have the largest bedroom you will see for a while, with a built in robe, and the largest ensuite possible with a his and hers vanity. The third bedroom can be accessed from the main bedroom, or from the magic room out the back.
Now let me tell you about the magic room. You walk out the back door to go to the laundry ..... and you stop. The back verandah has been closed in and set up with a wood heater, lights, fans, floor tiles and it is huge. This is the magic room. This is the room I get too comfortable in and never want to leave. Have a good look at these photos.
