Amongst the gardens you will often be able to see a myriad of local wildlife playing and dancing through the bushes, including a variety of birds, koalas and wallabies.

The house itself is three bedroom, with one large bathroom and ensuite off the main bedroom. There is a study room and large open plan living, dinning and kitchen area. The large windows perfectly frame water view, and offer a different perspective of the water from every angle.
The large balcony provides the perfect location for friends to catch up on a warm summers evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.

Linen is provided, you will be required to bring your own towels.
