This stone cottage was hand crafted by a local Island family. Each stone was collected near American River and together the family built the cottage, including the unique lead light windows. This 3-bedroom stone cottage is full of warmth, colour and character. This property was inspired by and constructed from silos on Kangaroo Island.

It is often referred to as the "Round House".
The house has an open planned kitchen, living and dining areas in one building.
