Linen hire available (Linen is not provided).

There is an ensuite from the main bedroom and then a large bathroom with bath tub and shower, following around to a laundry with washing machine and dryer plus second, separate toilet.

There is a large, east facing timber deck that opens up to an expansive view of Mallacoota and offers an outdoor entertainment and dining area. There is also a private, paved court yard to the side of the property with timber decking and fire pot (please review current, local fire restrictions that are in force at the time of your stay prior to using the fire pot).
The kitchen is well equipped and there are two separate lounge and dining areas plus a small study nook. There is plenty of room for car and boat parking, with space for two undercover areas.

Tariffs:

Peak Season - December 20th to January 31st and Easter long weekend
$2,450 p/w or $350 p/n (min. 7 night booking)

Shoulder - February 1st to April 30th and September 1st to December 19th
$1,960 p/w or $280 p/n (3 Night min. bookings)

Off-peak - May 1st to August 31st
$1,400 p/w or $200 p/n (3 night min. bookings)
