I have been working in this area since 2010 and have found a huge change, recently the ability to access the Centenary Motorway has opened up via Edens Crossing Estate and have seen more Defence Personal choosing this area as a place to live. It is easy access to the Amberley Air Base and very affordable - new or near new homes for under $400,000 and a median sale price of $335,000. Rent prices range from $300-$450 per week depending on the home with the median currently $335 per week. By far my favorite part of this suburb is the access to the White Rock Conservation estate for bushwalkers, horse riders and mountain bikers.
