Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and WIFI are available.
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.

Inside:
As you enter the property, you are greeted by a warm and inviting dining area complete with a cozy fireplace, setting the stage for delightful evenings spent sharing meals and creating cherished memories. To the left of the dining area, a hallway leads you to three bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own private space and comfort.

Continuing forward from the entrance, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge room, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment.

For a touch of tranquillity, a spiral staircase to the right of the entrance leads you to the fourth bedroom, offering privacy and a peaceful ambiance. Adjacent to this bedroom, you'll find a Zen sit-down area, providing a serene space for meditation, reading, or simply unwinding.

Outside:
From the comfort of the lounge room, you can enjoy panoramic views of the backyard, which features a sparkling pool, outdoor furniture for lounging, and a firepit, perfect for cozy evenings under the starry skies.

Situated in the picturesque coastal town of Berrara, Oceans Break offers easy access to pristine beaches, stunning nature trails, and a range of outdoor activities, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding area.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
