My story starts over 70 years ago, Italian migrants starting a new life in Elizabeth Street. They had three daughters and a wonderful life together. This home is full of memories, happy times raising a family in this home. They made this home their castle, three bedrooms lounge/dining/kitchen. This is where all the family and friends gathered for all their special occasions, great food and special times.
Back yard chook pen and garden beds where vegies were grown a smorgasbord when it was time to cook. But now they have left their home, they are enjoying being looked after at the Aged Home, holding hands and celebrating their 70th Wedding Anniversary with family. They are told that their home is being SOLD and they are happy. Happy that another young family will enjoy their home.
