Located at the end of a quaint country Lane that comes up off the esplanade along the sandy beach of Port Esperance Bay makes this property very appealing. Just down the lane is the beautiful white sands of Kent Beach. The bay is mostly protected and ideal for boating, fishing, kayaking and swimming, not to mention sunset walks along the beach. There are islands to explore and views to Bruny Island in the distance. Adamson's Peak is snow capped in winter, adding to the already beautiful scenery. Dover centre is just up the road with all your basic services on offer. This is the gateway to wilderness hiking and the Great Southern.
