I am a buyer looking to purchase a home on the Sunshine Coast. We have been incredibly well behaved this year, we have been saving our deposit, kept to our budget & would like to write you this list for what we would like to find this year just in time for Christmas.

Our Christmas wish list for a house is as follows:
- A low set, low maintenance brick home with great bones and potential to renovate
- Positioned in a quiet street with no through traffic
- Backing onto bush reserve with only one neighbour
- Across from the park where the kids can play and kick a ball
- Something that is fully fenced with plenty of room for a dog
- We also have lots of toys so we need plenty of car accomodation... a large shed, under cover carport for the daily cars and an extra high clearance carport for our big caravan or boat
- We would like an open plan living space
- Most of our time though is spent outside, so a large out door patio area over looking the back yard and bush back drop would be amazing
- We need 3 bedrooms and one bathroom which has recently been renovated

Some of the more particular details we would like are:
- 6 KW of Solar
- Concrete under the eves around the house
- Air conditioning in the main bedroom
- A place for us to have an above ground garden as well
- We love nice lawns so fully flat and grassed is important
- Walking distance to schools, Tafe, public transport and more

We know we are asking a lot but if we could find it all at an affordable price point, it would be amazing.
