When we first saw this home 12 years ago, we were immediately impressed by the amount of light that floods both downstairs and upstairs. The kitchen and living areas are always bright and cheery, while the upstairs accommodation is spacious and light filled as well.

The advantage of an additional downstairs bathroom, accessible from the back garden, was perfect for us beach lovers after a great surf at one of the fabulous beaches close by.

We loved the location, only 5 minutes walk from Express Buses to the city and also from the major shopping hub of Warringah Mall. The new Northern Beaches Hospital will be about a 10 min drive. Access to great beaches is a bike ride away.

The large covered entertaining area has been fantastic for parties and family gatherings, seating up to 30 people at our family reunions.

The advantage of a home cinema, come home office or 4th bedroom, gave our home flexibility for people to stay over, and has been a hit with friends and family for movie nights.

The solid build has meant the home has required very low maintenance and the easy care yard has given us more time to enjoy it rather than spending our weekends working in it

The small quiet cul-de-sac, coupled with great neighbours makes this an enjoyable location to live in.

Close by are amazingly popular schools within an easy commute by bus, although a lot of the local children walk to school daily.
