We bought the property due to it being perfect for us as a young couple with the potential to expand into a family. The house had ample living space, combined with a well set out kitchen and an outdoor area for entertaining without requiring too much maintenance. The secure nature of the house and convenient location, close to town, public transport facilities, shops (Innaloo, Karrinyup and Osborne Park) and the beach (both Scarborough and Trigg) was an important part of the decision to buy the house. The park around the corner was also really well utilised by our son during our time there. The house has given us some wonderful years both as a professional couple and as a young family and has been versatile to our changing lifestyle.
