“Perfect Picnic Grounds - Centrally located in Frankston, we have had many picnics over the years in the park. The quality of the upkeep is very obvious by the Frankston city council. There are walking tracks throughput and are wide enough to walk safely with the bikes, prams, wheelchairs in harmony. Playgrounds are well appointed, very family friendly. The access to the hospital is awesome as you can park your car on the other side, and walk thru the grounds to visit loved ones on the hospital without paying hospital car parking fees”
