Morphett Vale is a huge southern suburb with a population of around 25,000 people & is well known for its affordability of housing & plentiful amenities for its residents. It has a wide variety of housing including units, townhouses, smaller homes through to larger family homes on good-sized blocks. It is very popular with first home buyers & investors where investment properties are easy to rent out.
