The ensuite to the main bedroom has been beautifully renovated. It has a single vanity with mirror and storage, and a toilet with handrail and power outlet if you wish to connect a bidet seat. It contains a roomy shower recess with rain shower head plus removable hand-held shower head. The shower doesn't have a hob or "lip" so you can step straight in easily, and there are handrails for additional security.
The main bathroom adjacent to the additional bedrooms has the original good-sized bath, vanity and tiles. It has been refreshed with paint, new fittings including taps and faucet, a rain shower head and removable hand-held shower spray, and the shower glass has also been replaced. It is clean and bright. There is a separate toilet next to the main bathroom which is handy for guests.
Laundry:
The laundry is renovated and has room for a front loading dryer and washer. It will not fit a top loader machine. The laundry currently contains an 8kg front loading washer and a condenser dryer which can be left in place if you wish to use them or removed. The space will not suit a vented dryer due to lack of ventilation / extraction required for these dryers. The laundry opens out to the clothesline and drying area for your convenience. Lots of inbuilt storage.
Garden and backyard:
The garden is low maintenance with paving, water-wise plants and reticulation. There is a large, attractive area of lawn out the front and smaller strip of lawn out the back. Lawn maintenance will be carried out by our contractor and he will require access to the front and rear of the property. Our lovely gardener will provide regular weeding and trimming and will also require access to the front and back yard. Most of the backyard is paved and has loads of room for pots, and if you love to grow herbs and vegetables there are several beds available for this. There is a small, covered patio.
Pool:
The fiberglass pool can be heated (mains electricity). It has an automatic salt chlorinator and suction pool cleaner. The pool will be professionally serviced once a month and the contractor will require access to the backyard.

This home is a single-storey 4x2.
The dining room is large and would accommodate a big dining table for entertaining.
The main bedroom is at the front of the house and is spacious with a combined walk-in bathroom and robe. It has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. The ensuite has non-obtrusive safety features such as easy-access shower and tasteful handrails.
The other bedrooms are in a separate "wing" off a hallway with their own bathroom and toilet, plus the laundry. This would be an ideal set up if you have friends, family or grandkids to stay as they have some privacy at the back of the house. The additional bedrooms have built-in robes and can fit a double bed plus bedside if required.
