3 Kerryanne Close, Smithfield QLD 4878

Here is your opportunity to get your foot in the door of Cairns rising property market. This beautiful timber home will suit a family or professional couple. View this weekend

The high raked ceilings add to the feeling of space and coolness and the beautiful rain forest trees give you that back to nature feel. The jacuzzi is fenced and situated next to the main bedroom. Ideal entertainer or place to soak away your cares of the day in complete privacy. I highly recommend chilling out on the front verandah and taking the time to enjoy the spectacular front yard. The numbers add up for the investor and the Smithfield area is a popular location. Central to the city, cairns beaches and close to shops and schools. This home needs to be experienced to be appreciated.
