All gardens are fully irrigated directly from the dam. It is set up to water even if you are away for a period of time - how good is that!!!

The property has two road frontages and ranges approx. between 10m & 13m above sea level.

If you decided to build, children can catch the school bus close by and rubbish bin collection is available. Rates are approx. $950.00 per year and mail can be delivered 5 days a week.
