Three full garages, indoor-outdoor living, multiple living areas including a property theatre and a rumpus, no rear neighbours… There are so many reasons to love 3 Nina Pocket, but the best one is the feeling you get when you walk inside the double front doors. This custom-built Lamont home is literally like nothing we've ever seen. We had a lot of fun filming this home and the owner's encouraged us to be creative. Townsville's largest employers, James Cook University, The Townsville Hospital and Lavarack Barracks are about a 20 minute drive away via The Ring Road.
