The two bedroom cottage is on a 1581 m2 block and has a single garage, that has a concrete floor and a carport off.

Powered by solar, but this does need new batteries and is backed up by a generator which is supplied. The deck on the front is ideal to watch all the native animals in the area and overlooks a lovely BBQ area.

The cottage will be sold furnished.

Open plan living area which is heated by a wood heater. An open fire is still existent, but rarely used. The kitchen has a gas burner only for cooking.

The bathroom has a vanity, toilet, shower, which is heated by a gas heater. This is located at the end of the house, near both bedrooms.

The second bedroom is quite small, but fits a king single bed.

This cottage is a holiday home and is not far away from all your trout fishing destinations.
