303/77 Hurtle Square, Adelaide SA 5000

Just when you thought the whole building had been sold off the plan, here's a rare little beauty up for grabs. You might want to take the time out to have a look this weekend as it won't last long. Everyone would like to live on the best square in the CBD, but when it comes to north-facing apartments, your choice is extremely limited, hence the lack of supply. The apartment complex is scheduled for completion and move in ready, at the end of February.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, the main with ensuite featuring double basins, large shower cavity, and an abundance of cupboard storage. The main bedroom has a massive built-in robe and dressing area, whilst the second bedroom has a built-in robe and a private sliding door to the balcony.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a large amount of storage space, deep pantry, quality stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone benchtops, and double sink. The living and dining area has the most spectacular views over the park and can never be built out. The balcony is just delightful. The outlook is not limited to Hurtle Square though, you have amazing eastern views to the hills.

Other features include, higher ceilings, double glazed and tinted windows and doors, timber flooring, separate instant HWS service to every apartment, large solar system for the benefit of each apartment, Klaus car stacker system which is upgradable for electric cars, 3 x r/c air-conditioning units, ceiling fans, and much more. Close to schools, university, shopping, and public transport at your doorstep.
