Each block has its own Green Title, and Island infrastructure is privately owned and managed by the Molloy Homeowners Association. The Island is half an hour from Margaret River. It's serviced by a vehicle carrying barge, so privacy and security are taken for granted. You become a member of the MHOA when you buy.

Perth is a bit over 3 hours up Sues Road. It's a fantastic road and avoids all of the coastal traffic.
