Hillcrest Vineyard and Winery is a maker of ultra-high end quality wines, and is located at Woori Yallock in Melbourne's picturesque Yarra Valley. With a reputation as one of the Yarra Valley's leading wineries, the vineyard has been rated as a five-star winery by Australia's foremost wine critic for a number of years.
The estate site is approx. 43 acres (17 hectares) in size, with 20 acres (8 hectares) planted to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. All of its wines are produced from its estate grown fruit, and processed, aged and bottled on site.
