Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

Wow It has been almost a year since we purchased our property through Tanya Novek at United Realty and Im only getting to writing a review now!

Thats because we have been having such a busy and fulfilling lifestyle on our property since moving in. My kids cant get enough of the outdoors, their chickens and veggie patch. We are loving the gardens and rural outlook.

Tanya knew what we were looking for as a family and she had also found the buyer for our property we sold in Spring Farm (at a record price too)! to move onto a rural block.

Using the same agent for both the sale and purchase of our properties, it was a smooth transition as all details and negotiations were in the one office (no back and forth between agents with settlement/handover negotiations).

We have big plans in store for our little oasis in the near future
