Eden Acres is a beautiful family home where anyone can thrive in its serenity. However, Eden Acres is so much more!
Built in the Canadian Bungalow style, this home has been a generous hearted hub for travelling artists and a creative space used for Art Therapy workshops and retreats, Sound Therapy and yoga sessions. It has also operated as a working pottery for fifteen years. Many people have found peace and healing in this house and in return, poured their love into it.

The property
The 3,75 acre property is a gently sloping block in a natural bushland setting. There is a large dam, pumps, septic system, four rainwater tanks, two grey water systems, and garden and pump sheds at the dam. All equipment has been maintained and is in working order.
There are 2 large council approved sheds, the 4-bay includes an air-conditioned space, ideal as a studio or spare bedroom and the 2-bay shed has its own bathroom. Each shed has its own rainwater supply.
The stage or yoga deck is another example of the imagination and creativity enjoyed by the owners and their large international family.
As a Bonus there are well-established collectors' cactus, euphorbia and succulent gardens that include many rare species.
A unique and incredibly special inclusion in this property is the Aircrete dome studio. Originally designed as a sound healing studio, the acoustics are great. It has been used as a pottery gallery, a sound therapy studio, yoga, reiki and massage space and as an additional bedroom.
The property has recently been trialed as a Hip Camp destination with great occupancy rates and wonderful reviews all available FYI. It would also suit limited self-contained camping. However, its best life has been as an artist hub, an Art & Diversional Therapy sanctuary and a haven for international artists, performers, and backpackers. It has been a second home for people from around the world and many have left their creative stamp on this beautiful space. One of the many wonders of this place is the incredible vibe and energy felt as soon as you enter the property. It has provided a safe creative space to so many while on their healing journey.
